ABOUT US
Bultzco is a privately owned family operated residential real estate company that was started by Josef Bultz in 1958.
In the 1960’s Josef built and sold hundreds of duplex and triplex homes in Ville Saint-Laurent north of Cote-Vertu boulevard between Marcel Laurin and Cavendish.

In the 1970’s Josef would go on to build multi-unit residential apartment buildings.

In 1982 his son Jeff joined the business where they would go on to develop several town house projects and high rise condominiums.
​
Today, Bultzco owns, manages and develops multi-unit residential buildings in the greater Montreal area.
